Opening up a main floor, rebuilding a staircase, trim and panelling, flooring, fireplaces, mudrooms and exterior work — usually bundled into one phased renovation so you live through the disruption once.
We run the site and the schedule, and bring in licensed specialty trades for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and tile. You get one contract, one schedule and one person to call.
