Cadge Homes builds custom homes and runs renovations across Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes. We are the lead builder and project manager on every job we take.
How we work
We came up on job sites across Durham Region — framing, finishing and often fixing someone else's shortcuts. The pattern we kept seeing was simple: a homeowner is sold a price, then handed a run of surprises once the walls are open.
We run projects differently. Every job starts with a written, line-by-line scope and a price you approve before demolition. Every job has one project lead who answers the phone, keeps the schedule and tells you early when a decision is needed.
We lead the build and manage the site. Specialty work — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, stone and engineering — is carried out by licensed trades we have worked with for years and hire directly. We schedule them, supervise their work, book the inspections and stand behind the finished result.
Today we build custom homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements and structural alterations from Pickering to Cobourg, and up through Port Perry, Uxbridge and Kawartha Lakes.
