We finish unfinished and dated basements into rec rooms, guest suites, offices, wet bars and home theatres, built to the same standard as the floors above.
That covers layout and framing, insulation and moisture control, soundproofing, lighting and finishing. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC work is done by licensed trades we schedule and supervise. For a legal secondary suite we coordinate the drawings, permits and inspections so the finished space meets Ontario Building Code for fire separation, egress and ventilation.
